吴发成潮州火锅

记忆中好像槟城再也找不到第二家用火炭加熱传统铜制火锅的食肆。用了一个小风扇吹向炉口控制火势,中间那高高的烟囱让热空气和烟雾流通。潮式火锅当然要半个鱼头再加上各半打虾栆蟹栆。浸泡过各类食材的汤头美味无比,最后让一盘潮州面条画上美丽的句点。
